My Journey to Ridge
My marketing journey started in retail, with a fascination for what makes brands connect. Over the next 15+ years, I worked across industries, including tourism, construction, startups, oil and gas, leading teams and marketing projects in Invermere, Calgary, Clear Lake, and now, rural Manitoba.
Everywhere I worked, I saw the same struggle: incredible businesses with big ideas but no time, not enough people on the team, and no one to lead the marketing forward.
Full-time hires weren’t realistic. Agencies didn’t always fit. I built Ridge to be the bridge between strategy and execution.
